Above we see a map showing the climate types of Brazil. In the northwestern area we can see a humid equatorial climate. This is caused by a convergence of trade winds bringing in plenty of moist air, giving the land plenty of rainfall. In the middle of Brazil the Climate is a Tropical, where it's dry in the winter and humid in the summer. Stretching much of the coast we see Brazil's humid coastal climate. This area gets direct effect by the incoming winds coming in over the ocean bringing in humid air. Sandwiched between the Tropical and Humid Coastal there's a spot of semi-arid tropical. Lastly in the southern portion of Brazil we will find the humid subtropical climate.
